Tony Seabon Hartley

Tony Seabon Hartley, 70, of Manteo Road in Lexington, passed away Friday November 19, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem after a brief illness.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday November 24, 2021 at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Randy Foster officiating services.

The family will receive friends following services at the cemetery, and at other times at the home on Manteo Road.

Mr. Hartley was born April 4, 1951 in Davidson County to William Seabon Hartley and Martha Amanda Sink Hartley. Tony was a member of Tyro United Methodist Church, he loved playing golf, fishing, woodworking, but his real pride and joy was his grandchildren and he never missed them participating in their activities. Mr. Hartley retired from Lexcom Telephone Company after 29 years, and he was preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving is his wife Nancy Sue Skeen Hartley of the home; two sons, Jeff Hartley (Stephanie) and Jason Hartley, both of Lexington; one brother, Joel Hartley (Cindy) of Lexington; 5 grandchildren, Ava Jane Hartley, Annie Hartley, Jaxson Hartley, Ryder Hartley, Lucy Hartley; and a niece Jenny Hedrick (Ethan) of Lexington.
