Tonya Sue Killian Owle, age 52 of Southbound Street, Lexington passed away Wednesday September 2, 2015 in Roanoke, VA. Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Monday, September 7, 2015 in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Sunday night. Tonya was born in Pitt County, NC to George Andie Killian and Martha Whitehead Killian. She was a self-employed home care employee. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Charles “Spot” Thompson. Surviving are her mother, Martha Ann Whitehead Spangler of Lexington; sons, Charlie, Devlyn and Tony; sisters, Dameatrice Killian Swing of Lexington, Pateama Ann Killian and husband Terry Simerson of Linwood; her fiancee’, Bobby Gills of Lexington; a number of nieces and nephews.
