Treva Hicks Hurt

Treva Hicks Hurt, age 71 of Kernersville Road, Kernersville passed away Saturday (May 1, 2010) at Forsyth Medical Center. Funeral service 2:00 pm Monday (May 3, 2010) at North Point Pentecostal Holiness Church in High Point, with Rev. Darrell Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Gur Cemetery in Kernersville. Treva was born in Gaston County, NC November 24, 1938 to John Randolph Hicks and Willie Lee Hester Hicks. She was a member of North Point Pentecostal Church and a retired employee of AMP. She loved playing the piano and singing. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by; one daughter Kim Tilley and husband Derrick of Stanley, NC; one son, Josh Hurt and wife Misty of Lexington; four grandchildren, Jessica and Chelsi Tilley, Landon and Bryson Hurt.
