Verl Adaz Rumfelt

Verl Adaz Rumfelt, 75, of Rumfelt Drive, died July 10, 2017, at his home.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, at the home.   Mr. Rumfelt was born December 9, 1941, in McDowell County, to David Russell Rumfelt Sr. and Annie Rhom Rumfelt. He was owner of Verl’s Coin Shop. In addition to his parent he was preceded in death by a brother, David R. Rumfelt Jr.   Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Dallie Lee Aldridge Rumfelt of the home; daughters, Robin Horne and husband Michael, Tammy Tussey and husband Derek and Annette Spurrier and husband Danny, all of Lexington; grandchildren, Joshua Tussey (Courtney Roller), Katie Parker (Mike), Ariel Spurrier, Bailey Spurrier, Riley Horne and Zachary Horne; great-grandchildren, Brayden Horne and Jordan Parker; and brothers, Cecil Max Rumfelt and Terry Rumfelt, both of Lexington.
