Vernon Trent James

Vernon Trent James, age 64 of Ted R Daniels Road, Lexington passed away Friday, Janueary 10, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center.

A celebration of his life for family and friends will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday January 18, 2020 in the Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 until 4:00 pm prior to the service.

Vernon was born in Davidson County, November 17, 1955 to Foy Lee James and Ethel Hartman James. He was a former employee of James Heating and Air. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Glenn and Garland James.

Surviving are his loving daughters, Amy James of Lexington and Mindy Thornton of Winston Salem; grandchildren that he loved dearly, Heaven, Serenity, Keyara, Andreas and Espen; brothers, Grady James of Clemmons, Melvin James and Van James both of Lexington.
