Vicki Lawson

Vicki Lynn Everhart Lawson, 65, of Dorsett Road, died Monday, February 16, 2015, at Piedmont Crossing. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Lawson was born February 25, 1949, in Davidson County, to Richard Garland Everhart and Sarah Tesh Dorsett. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Steve Lawson of the home; son, James Douglas Newman of Pennsylvania; daughter, Angie Newman of Ohio; five grandchildren, Robert Yeakley, Alex Yeakley, Sarah Little, Kaleb Lawson, and Tyler Lawson; great-grandson, Logan Yeakley; and a brother, Richard “Buddy” Everhart. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to New Friendship United Church of Christ, 307 Turner Road, Lexington, NC 27292
