Virginia Catherine Rich

Virginia Catherine Shaw Rich, 85 of Lexington, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Virginia was born on January 23, 1935 in Davidson County to Dewey Ralph Shaw and Ada Catherine Hege Shaw.  She was proudly took care of her home and was of the Baptist faith.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John Arthur Rich; son Robert Shaw; brother Frank Shaw and sister Peggy Freedle.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Eddie Rich (Tina), Johnny Rich (Mary) and Randy Rich; brothers, Don Shaw, Bobby Shaw and Will Shaw; sisters, Lucille Freedle and Betty Rich; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
