Vivian Bean Beck

Vivian Bean Beck, 78, of Holloways Church Road, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2006, at her home. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holloways Baptist Church, where she attended, by the Rev. Craig Barnhill. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Beck was born May 8, 1928, in Davidson County to Samuel Curtis Bean and Lottie Jane Crook Bean. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Bobby Beck. Surviving are two sons, Perry Beck and his wife, Brenda, of Southmont, and Danny Beck and his wife, Penny, of Yadkinville; three grandchildren, Danyel Johnson, Nikki Craver and Dustin Beck; four great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Oleta Bivens, Faye Wrenn and Lucy Burkhart, all of Lexington. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Memorials may be directed to Holloways Baptist Church, 131 Briggs Road, Lexington, NC 27292.
