Wayne Bryce Beck, Sr.

Wayne Bryce Beck, Sr. 92, of Lexington passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019.

A graveside service will held at 3pm, Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Chuck Ireson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2pm-3pm in the sanctuary of Midway United Methodist Church.

Wayne was born in Davidson County, NC on July 11, 1926 to Thurmon and Minnie Foust Beck. He was a retired assistant manager for Wilson Furniture Company of Midway, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving are his loving wife, Mary Sue Taylor Beck of the home; son, W. B. Beck, Jr of Lexington; a step-son, Terry Stamper (Ann) of Advance; three daughters, Judy Lasseigne (Craig) of Euless, TX; Connie Gaddy (Michael) of Monroe; and Jan Johnson (Glenn) of Advance; sisters, Lois Gallimore of Denton; and Sadie Peacock of Lexington; nine-grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Midway United Methodist Church.

Davidson Funeral Home- Hickory Tree Chapel is serving the Beck Family.
