Wayne Owen

David Wayne Owen, age 79 of Shirley Road, Lexington passed away Friday night at his home.   Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Monday in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roy Queen and Rev. John Malek officiating. Burial will follow at Holloways Baptist Church Cemetery.   The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 until 2:00 pm prior to the service.   Wayne was born in Davidson County December 3, 1934 to William Cicero and Vera Styers Owen. He was a member of Holloways Baptist Church; retired from Link Taylor Furniture with 42 years of service and served his country in the US Army.
