Wendy Lynne Spach Cecil

Wendy Lynne Spach Cecil, 42, of Franklin Lane in Clemmons, died Saturday April 8, 2017 Wake Forest Baptist Lexington Medical Center.   Mrs. Cecil was born June 3, 1974 in Forsyth County to Samuel Ray Spach and Mary Belle Kennedy Spach. She graduated from North Davidson High School, class of 1992. After high school, she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Dentistry from GTCC. Wendy never met a stranger, her contagious smile and loving heart will never be forgotten. Wendy was a beloved mother, daughter, sister and wife. She loved her beautiful twins more than anything. Wendy was a one of a kind and spread laughter everywhere she went, she will be missed tremendously.   The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Friday at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel.   Surviving is a son, Taylor King Cecil of Lexington and a daughter, Madison Rae Cecil of Wilmington; her parents of Clemmons; and one brother, Daniel Ray Spach of Clemmons.
