Willa Lee Reid

Willa Lee Hesse Reid, 78 of Tamworth Drive, Clemmons passed away Monday November 2, 2009 at Lexington Memorial Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday November 6, 2009 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Dr. John Beeg officiating. A visitation will be held after the service. Mrs. Reid was born October 13, 1931 in Cincinatti, Ohio to William F. and Nora Elizabeth Benning Hesse of Cincinatti, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church. Also preceded her in death, her parents and a sister Ruth Miller. She is survived by her husband Donald Lee Reid of the home; two daughters, Gayle E. Williams of South Carolina, Victoria Lee Ledford and husband Troy of South Dakota; one son, David J. Reid and wife Josephine of Virginia; two brothers, Paul Hesse and wife Sandy, Gerald Hesse and wife Sue all of Ohio; seven grandchildren, Rebecca, Christopher, Sherri, April, Nick, Corbin, Sierra and three great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Tallon and Hunter.Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is serving the family
