Willadean Chaney Reams age 92 of Thomasville passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Forsyth Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, March 20, 2023 at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel conducted by her son Ken Reams. Interment will follow in Floral Garden Memorial Park. The family will see friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service.
Mrs. Reams was born August 10, 1930, in Stokes County to the late Horace Clifford Chaney and Serlie Frye Chaney. She retired from Guilford County Schools and was a member of High Rock Cowboy Church. Her son, Murray Chaney Reams and brother, James Robert Chaney both preceded her in death.
Surviving are her husband of 67 years, James Neil Reams of the home; her son, Ken Reams (Lorie) of Denton; a daughter-in-law, Kim Reams of Clemmons; her grandchildren, Samuel Gene Reams, Emily Elisabeth Reams, Travis Clay Reams (Kelli) and Jacob Neil Reams (Courtney); great-grandchildren, Annsleigh Kate, Jacob Colt and Jolene Olivia Reams.
Memorials may be made to High Rock Cowboy Church.
