Willia Hedrick Winebarger

Willia Hedrick Winebarger, age 89 of Allred Road Lexington passed away Friday afternoon February 9, 2018 at Abbotts Creek. The funeral service will be held 4:00 PM Monday, February 12, 2018 in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Sowers officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service. Burial will be private. Willia was born in Davidson County January 29, 1929 to Fred Austin Hedrick and Ellla Veigh Young Hedrick. She was a member of Hedricks Grove United Church of Christ, a former employee of Dixie furniture and co-owner of Winebarger Grocery. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Eben Haigman Winebarger; daughter-in-law, Thelma Winebarger; son-in-law, Jimmy Kepley; brothers, Bryce and Bobby Ray Hedrick. Surviving are her daughters, Linda Kepley and Sandra Kay Tussey (Bobby Ray) of Lexington; son, Ronnie Winebarger of Lexington; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 7 step-great-grandchildren; sisters, Allice Mae Story (Wayne), Brenda Gail Robinson, Noretta Leonard (Kent) and Audrey Jean Winebarger; brothers, Richard Hedrick (Janiell) and Wayne Hedrick (Linda).
