William Lee Alley

William Lee Alley, age 60 of Hillcrest Road, Lexington passed away Wednesday (September 22, 2010) at his home.  Memorial service and visitation will be held from 4:00 until 6:00 pm Sunday (September 26, 2010) at the home of his sister, Mary Ann Nester, 289 Preston Road, Martinsville, VA.   William was born in Guilford County July 15, 1950 to Charles William Alley and Ann Perdue Alley.  He was a former resident of Carolina Beach and Martinsville, VA and a former employee of Asplaugh Tree Service.   Surviving are: his parents, Charles William Alley and Ann Purdue Alley of Martinsville, VA; one sister, Mary Ann Nester and husband Kenneth of Martinsville, VA; one brother, Lonnie Eugene Alley and wife Ginger of Shreveport, LA; his loving companion, Priscilla Hornaday of Lexington, NC.   Memorials should be directed to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC  27292     Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
