William J. Bryan

William J. Bryan, age 77 of Snider Avenue, Lexington passed away at his home Sunday January 24, 2010. A Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at Forest Hill Memorial Park conducted by Revs. Michael Greer and Dewey Everhart The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral home Monday from 6-8 pm and at other times at the home. He was born October 14, 1932 in Bladen County to Neil Chester Bryan and Ida Bryant Bryan. He was retired from Procter and Schertz and was a member of First Wesleyan Church. Mr. Bryan was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Jessie Neil Bryan and sisters, Geraldine Bryan and Perlene Bryan. Surviving are his loving wife of 57 years, Reba Miller Bryan of the home. One son Timothy Dean Bryan of Winston Salem and daughter Reba Carol Bryan of Lexington. One brother Daniel Ronald Bryan and wife Donna of Bladenboro and sister, Peggy Merrill Bryan McQueen and husband Fred of Dublin.
