William Epley

William Epley, 72, of Ridge Rd., Lexington died Friday, September 18, 2015 in Hinkle Hospice House. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday September 26, 2015, at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, where he was a member, by the Rev. Craig Saltzer. The family will receive friends following the service. Mr. Epley was born March 19, 1943 in Davidson County to Leroy Epley and Dulcie Ayers Epley. He was a member of the American Legion Post 8, The Electrical Contractors Association, and The Lutheran Men. He is survived by his wife, Sue Epley of the home; two sons, Billy Epley of the home, and Jason Epley( Amy) of China Grove; a daughter, Donna Trivette (Robert) of Kitty Hawk; three sisters, Sarah Koontz (Ralph) of Lexington, Rhonda Epley and Evelyn Goins, both of King, NC; and five grandchildren.
