William Everette Little

William Everette Little, 74, of Green Meadows Drive, died Thursday, June 09, 2016, at Wake Forest Baptist Health - Lexington Medical Center. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Lighthouse Baptist Church, where he was a member, with Pastor David Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service and other times at the home. Mr. Little was born September 27, 1941, in Columbus County, NC, to Jerry Washington Little and Mary Zelma Stocks Little. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and later he retired as a salesman for Rayco Safety. His parents preceded him in death. Surviving are his loving wife Nancy Martin Little of the home; son, William Little Jr. and wife Amanda; daughter, Anita Little Bean of Lexington and Julie L. Habermann and husband Greg of South Carolina; grandchildren, Stacey Harrison, Brandy Smith, Haylee Little, and Kelsey Little; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Lloyd Ray Little and Jerry Sam Little, both of Lexington; and sisters, Shirley Fay Little Todd and husband John David, Linda Gray Little Yarbrough and husband Larry, all of Lexington, and Wilma Kay Little Ward and husband Rossie of Whiteville.
