William Edward Olszeski

In Loving Memory of William Edward Olszeski.

William, a beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and cherished friend passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the age of 89.

For 66 years, William shared a beautiful life and an endearing love with his beloved wife, Janet Patricia Olszeski.  Their marriage was built on love, commitment, family and a lifetime of memories.  Together, they weathered life's greatest joys and sorrows, always standing beside one another.  

They were blessed with seven children, and although they experienced the unimaginable heartbreak of losing their beloved child, David Edward Olszeski at just 11 years old, they carried that loss with them throughout their lives while continuing to surround their family with love.  

William was preceded in death by Janet, who passed away two and a half years ago.  Her passing left an immeasurable void in his heart.  Their 66 years together were a testament to a love that endured through every season in life.  After spending so many years side by side, he carried her memory with him until the end.  

 He leaves behind six loving children; William Edward Olszeski, Jr.(Laura), Linda Zambo (Doug), Kimberly Annette Brown, Marie Wulf (Paul), Mark Edward Olszeski (Joyce), and Patricia Joanne Olszeski.  Along with 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. 

Watching his family grow across 5 generations was one of his greatest blessings.  They were his greatest sources of pride and joy.  

William will be remembered for his strength, creativity, sense of humor and devotion to family.

Though our hearts are broken by his passing, there is comfort in imagining him reunited with the woman he loved for so long and with the child they lost so many years ago.
