William Scronce

William David Scronce, age 60, of Mobile Lane, died Friday in the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, following a brief illness. A memorial service will be held 6:30 pm Tuesday November, 9, 2010 at Pilgrim Freewill Baptist Church where he was a member, with Rev. James Messer officiating. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship following the service. Mr. Scronce was born May 11, 1950 in Lincoln County to Roby Lee Scronce and Mildred Cinipe Scronce. Surviving are his wife Jeanette Scronce of the home, two sons; Christopher Scronce and Travis Scronce both of Lincolnton, three brothers; Bradley Scronce and wife Teresa on Lincolnton, Terry Scronce and wife Kathy and Steven Scronce both of Bell North Carolina, four sisters, Peggy Gilbert and husband Lee, Donna Simmons, Julia Scronce all of Lincolnton, Debbie Caldwell and husband Morris of Bell North Carolina, and 2 grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Pilgrim Freewill Baptist Church, 230 Cresent Drive, Lexington NC 27292.
