William Scott Snellings

William Scott Snellings, age 51 of Giles Road, Lexington passed away Friday night at Forsyth Medical Center.   A celebration of life service will be held 11:00 AM Monday at Meadowview Presbyterian Church conducted by Rev. Francis Smith.   Scott was born in Davidson County, March 27, 1962 to William Paul and Ethel Lanier Snellings.He was a self employed Electrician and a member of Meadowview Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by his father, William Paul “Buck” Snellings in 1997.   Surviving are his mother, Ethel Lanier Snellings of Lexington; daughters, Christa Shai Daniels (Aaron) of Orville, OH; Emily Bree Wright (Chris) of Fort Riley, KS; granddaughters, Ryleigh and Sophia; sisters, Paula Snellings McDaniel (Larry), Jo Snellings Hall (Donald) all of Lexington and Renee Snellings Prevette (Rick) of Winston Salem; brother, Tra Snellings of Greensboro; special friend and caregiver, James Crook and the nursing staff of Brian Center.   In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made in honor of James Crook, c/o Paula McDaniel, 585 Giles Road, Lexington 27295.   Online Condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
