Yasmin Chavez Couto

Yasmin Chavez Couto, 4 months old of Westside Dr., Lexington, died Saturday at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. A Funeral Mass will be conducted Tuesday, at 11:00 am from Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church by Father Albert J. Gondek. Burial will follow in the Lexington City Cemetery. Miss Couto was born in Davidson County on January 21, 2007 to Chavez Amiyan Ponce and Francisa Chavez Couto. She is also survived by one brother Daniel Chavez Couto, and two sisters Yenizer Chavez and Yanet Chavez all of Lexington The family will see friends at the church on Tuesday one hour before the service and at other times at the home on Westside Dr., Lexington, Davidson Funeral Home is serving the family
