Zachary Spaugh

Zachary Spaugh , 23, of Greensboro Street Extension, passed Wednesday September 30, 2015 at his home following an extended illness. A funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday October 3, 2015, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Spaugh was born July 4, 1992, in Davidson County, to David Spaugh and Stacey Ingram Spaugh. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, George and Viola Hartley, Clydene Barnes, Tom Stanley, Charlie Robbins, and Henry and Minnie Spaugh. Surviving are his parents of the home; two brothers, Daniel Spaugh of Lexington and David Spaugh Jr. of Yadkinville; his grandparents, Terry Ingram of Thomasville and Linda Hartley Ingram of Lexington, and Paul and Sarah (Buzz) Spaugh of Advance; two nephews, Landon Spaugh and Mason Spaugh; uncle, Michael B. Spaugh; great-grandmother, Willie Mae Ingram and great-grandfather, Frankie Barnes; and a special caregiver, Carol Martin.
