Zelma Mock Mccrary

Zelma Mock McCrary 87 of Ridge Road passed away Wednesday at Hinkle Hospice House.  A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday November 6, 2016 at Midway United Methodist Church with Rev. Charles Ireson and Rev. Lynn Jordan officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel on Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM. Zelma was born on January 20, 1929 in Forsyth County to Howard and Vertie Foltz Mock.  She was a housewife and a member of Midway United Methodist church.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James (JB) McCrary (06/10/2013); brothers, Robert (Devon) Mock and Johnny Mock; a sister, Frances Berrier and a grandson Nathan Bridges. Surviving are sons, Benny McCrary (Barbara), Greg McCrary (Billie) all of Lexington; daughters, Judy Outen (Joe) of Rainbow, TX, Shirley Darr (Chuck), Donna Weisner (Jerry), Tammy Bridges (Albert) all of Lexington; brother, Larry Mock (Betty) of Lexington; sister, Gail Perrell (Lance) of Lexington; grandchildren, Chris Outen (Shannon), Cari Frank (Eric), Mark Darr (Charla), Shelly Norman, Justin Weisner (Jennifer), Cory Weisner (Kristy), Casey Weisner (Shyla), Jacob Bridges and twelve great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Hinkle Hospice House, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC  27292 and Midway United Methodist Church, 9795 Old Hwy 52 S., Lexington, NC  27295.
