Gloria Dumontier Odette, 75, of Dearborn, Michigan, formerly of Lexington, passed away April 9, 2013 in Michigan.
The funeral service will be 12 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2013, at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, conducted by Father Al Gondek. Burial will follow at National Cemetery in Salisbury.
Mrs. Odette was born May 22, 1937 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada to Michel and Lena Baillageon Dumontier. She was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady of the Rosary. She was also a former member of The Pilgrim Home Extension Club. Her parents, husband, Harold Odette, and sister, Dolores Demarce, preceded her in death.
Surviving are sons, Christopher (Graciela) Navalta and Daniel (Amy) Navalta, all of Michigan; daughters, Celeste Tabor of Lexington and Lesley (Alan Kurth) Navalta of Michigan; Stepchildren: Catherine (Curt) Leonard of Welcome, David (Debbie) Odette of Ohio and Evelyn Lal of Michigan; brother, Roger (Norma) Dumontier of Canada; and a special niece, Laurie Shepherd of Canada.
