Jennifer Bacon

Jennifer Lynn Hobbs Bacon, 47, of Louya Rd., Lexington died Friday, April 4, 2014 in Hinkle Hospice House.   A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Mount Tabor United Church of Christ with Pastor Darrell Sluder officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday at Davidson Funeral Home.   Mrs. Bacon was born October 5, 1966 in Davidson County to Julius Grey Hobbs, Jr. and Glenda Fritts Hobbs.  She was a nurse for Davidson County Health Department and was a member of Mount Tabor United Church of Christ.   Surviving are her husband, Robert Dean Bacon of the home; a son, Grayson Stewart Bacon of the home; a daughter, Jordan Bacon and significant other, T.J. Yeaton of Lexington, and a sister, Julia Delane Hobbs, special aunt, Donna Fritts Younts, a special friend, Tony Lohr Beck, and a cousin, Lisa Donette Hedrick.   Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292 and Mt.
