Larry Wayne Buie

Larry Wayne Buie, 72, of Welcome Bethesda Road, passed away Tuesday November 8, 2022 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday at White Rock United Methodist Church Cemetery in Thurmond, NC, with Rev. William Adams officiating services.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.

Mr. Buie was born February 14, 1950 in Rowan County to Joseph Thomas Buie Sr. and Ester Elizabeth White Buie. He was retired from Kaydon Machine Shop. Larry enjoyed Art , Horses and Motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Terry Elwood Buie; and three sisters, Delores McKay, JoAnn Hamilton and Sandra Parker.

Surviving are one son Chad Sousa; two daughters, Nikki McNeil and Kellie Sousa; two brothers, Joe Buie and James D. Buie; and one sister, Pat Robbins.
