Paula Ann Simerson

Paula Ann Simerson, age 47 of Laurel Avenue, Lexington passed away Friday, August 12, 2016 at her residence. A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Smith Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Smith officiating. The family will receive from 2:00 until 3:00 pm prior to the service. Paula was born in Rowan County July 8, 1969 to James Farris Simerson and Zelda Woodward Simerson. She was a former employee of National Wholesale and a member of Smith Grove Baptist Church. Surviving are her son, Robert Devin Conner and wife Logan of Linwood; parents, James and Zelda Simerson of Linwood; sister, Kim Simerson Yarborough and Rick of Lexington; brother, Bradford Shane Simerson and Crystal of Lexington; nieces, Emily, Erica, Brittany, Sadie and Emma and her special canine companion, Buster.
